During the first appointment, our highly trained specialists analyze your individual hearing profile, as well as your needs and expectations. Using state-of-the-art measurement equipment, we will perform a full hearing assessment and demonstrate the latest range of digital hearing aids from different manufacturers.

Our consultation rooms are professionally sound insulated for a quiet environment to achieve accurate test results and later with the use of a simulator surround you with realistic sound environments during the testing of your hearing aids. After all, our goal is to improve speech clarity in noisy environment and the acceptance of noise.

If you are a motivated user, ask us about our “S$0 home trial before buying” programme where we allow you to bring home a pair of hearing aids to let you test them in your daily life at no cost.

Simply sign a trail form and agree that the hearing aids are on loan to you and remain the property of Crystal Hearing until you decide to purchase them. It’s really that easy and simple!

When you do decide to purchase, we will select the most suitable hearing aids for you based on your hearing profile, your individual lifestyle needs and expectations and to your budget.

We even offer as one of a few only our services on HOUSE CALL basis for hearing assessment and hearing aid fitting!

 

2. Hearing Aid Fitting

Based on your hearing profile, our Audiologist will fit your hearing aids and fine-tune them for optimum listening comfort in all hearing situations. Remember that you will always need some time to get used to your new way of hearing since hearing loss normally doesn't happen over night. A period of habituation is expected for you to get the most out of your new hearing aids. To achieve this, Crystal Hearing will plan with you a training program and a few follow-ups at the beginning which will be followed by a quarterly check-up program to professionally clean, fine tune and calibrate your hearing aids using Real-Ear-Measurements at no additional cost during the entire lifespan of your hearing aids. Remember, subsequent consultation and servicing appointments are at no further charge!

3. After Sale Service

At Crystal Hearing, we show actions after words and we live up to our reputation - our main focus is SERVICE.

We repair and calibrate all models of hearing aids either bought from us or or somewhere else. As part of a Care package, we offer you a start up kit inclusive of hearing aid batteries and the all important electric dehumidifier to keep any model of hearing aids free from moisture and extends the lifespan of your hearing aids.

Some of our latest technology even have charges that have inbuilt dehumidifiers to take care of your devices.

We will always try to offer you a spare hearing aid whenever yours goes into repair.

All hearing aids come with a time-limited manufacturer’s warranty against damage to the parts and components. However, Crystal Hearing offers you a lifetime of free service for professional cleaning and changing the tubes connecting hearing aids to custom ear moulds or even come in just for a cup of tea or coffee with us!
