Mr. Augustin Fiala

Augustin is a certified Audiotherapist, Clinical Audiologist and Consultant  educated in the Academy of Acoustics (Germany) and EUHA (European Union of Hearing Acoustics) with more than 14 years of experience in the medical field. He had 4 years of clinical experience before moving to Singapore in 2013.

Fascinated by the prevalence of strong Asian family ties and focusing work on age-related and any other kind of hearing losses to improve inter-communication with family and friends in all types of situations. His other interests in Audiology includes, Audiotherapy, Aural Rehabilitation, Cochlear Implants, Hearing Protection, Tinnitus, Vestibular and Balance Testing as well as increasing public awareness of hearing loss and audiology as a profession.

Since 2014 he is working with many private ENT doctors to campaign for greater attention to hearing health through public talks. He introduced Crystal Hearings "Hearing Health Awareness Day" to Singapore, where he holds public talks or webinars focusing on creating awareness about noise pollution in urban environments and mental health.

Next to that he started holding lectures and conduct trainings at universities and audiology centers throughout Asia for future and existing audiologist to improve standards and customer-audiologist- relations.

Skilled in Audiotherapy, Hearing Tests, Clinical Research, Customer Service, Medical Devices, Hearing Protection, Counselling, Fitting of hearing aids, Product Trainings, Medical Trainings and Pediatrics, Administration-, Clinic- and Sales Management.
